Why some items don't earn icome?

As in real life, Assets are resources that increase a member's amount of Moguls. Other purchases called Liabilities decrease the amount of Moguls in a member's account.

Simply put, in real life Assets put money in your pocket while Liabilities take money out of your pocket.

For example a unit of real estate - a house - ca be an Asset or a Liability, not both. It can be an Asset when it earns income (from rental) or it is a Liability when it cost money (when its owner lives in it).
